Born and raised in Cannes, Remi came up as a player in the city’s volleyball culture. He later helped ESCR win the 2014–15 French Cup and finish second in league play, and coached AS Cannes teams to junior national titles—bringing the game full circle.

Remi’s coached across club, college and international volleyball: at Long Beach City College, Long Beach State, Portland and Nebraska; with the U.S. and German women’s national teams and the French men’s national team; and now at the professional level with LOVB.
He brings elite experience without losing the human connection. Considerate, confident and generous with what he knows, he’s the kind of coach who makes a gym feel like a place to grow.
